Client Agreement

What you can expect from me and what I need from you.

Please read through and sign before our start date.

Welcome to TLLB Coaching

This program is designed to help you transform your physique through structured training, personalised nutrition and consistent accountability.

The coaching system is built around a 16-week framework. Meaningful physical changes require time, consistency and adherence to the process — and this structure gives us the best chance of delivering real results.

1. Minimum commitment

By joining TLLB Coaching, you agree to a minimum commitment of 16 weeks. This timeframe

allows us to:

• Implement your training and nutrition structure properly

• Build the habits and consistency that drive long-term results

• Make data-driven adjustments based on how your body responds

• Begin seeing measurable, sustainable progress

Early termination within the 16-week period is not permitted unless agreed upon in writing. If you choose to discontinue before the minimum term, the remaining balance for the 16-week

commitment may still apply.

2. What I provide as your coach

As your coach, I commit to delivering the following throughout your program:

• A fully personalised training program designed for your goals, experience and schedule —

updated and progressed as you develop

• A tailored nutrition plan with specific calorie and macro targets, built around foods you enjoy adjusted as your body changes

• Weekly check-ins to review your progress, address concerns and make program adjustmentsbased on real data

• Direct message access for questions, form checks and support — with responses provided within 24 hours on business days

• Ongoing education so you understand the reasoning behind your program and can sustain

results independently

3. What I need from you

Coaching is a partnership. For this to work, I need genuine effort and commitment from your side:

• Follow your training program as prescribed — consistency beats perfection, but the work has to be done

• Stick to your nutrition plan as closely as possible and track your intake accurately

• Complete your weekly check-ins honestly and on time — if check-ins are missed, I cannot

make accurate adjustments and your program will continue as-is

• Communicate early if something isn't working, if you're injured, stressed, travelling or

struggling. I can only help if I know what's going on

• Be honest if you went off plan or missed sessions, tell me. I'm not here to judge, I'm here to help you get back on track


4. Session cancellations and no-shows

• If your coaching includes 1-on-1 sessions, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows will be counted as a completed session

• Repeated no-shows without communication may result in a review of your coaching

arrangement

5. Payments and billing

• Coaching is billed on a weekly recurring basis at the rate agreed upon at sign-up

• Payments are processed automatically — it is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds

• If a payment fails, you will be notified and expected to resolve the issue within 48 hours

• Continued failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of coaching services

• Coaching fees may be reviewed periodically — you will be given at least 2 weeks notice before any rate changes take effect

6. Cancellation policy

• The first 16 weeks are a minimum commitment and cannot be cancelled early unless agreed in writing

• After the 16-week minimum term, coaching can be cancelled with 2 weeks written notice prior to the next billing cycle

• Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to your coach — simply stopping

payments does not constitute cancellation

• Any outstanding balance at the time of cancellation must be settled in full

7. Disclaimer

• I am not a registered dietitian, doctor or medical professional — nutrition guidance provided is general in nature and based on coaching experience

• If you have a medical condition, injury, eating disorder or are taking medication, consult your doctor before starting this program

• Results vary between individuals and depend on your effort, consistency, adherence and

factors outside of coaching
